We introduce the BORIS-NRW App, which allows you to access the most important information on land and property values by locating your own position in North Rhine-Westphalia at any time.

The valuation data is available for query in the app starting from the 2011 edition.

The seamless integration on smartphones and tablets provides an intuitive way to access various current and historical valuation data. Official aerial images or maps are used as a base layer. These maps are available as web caches, ensuring quick access. To enhance orientation, digital orthophotos (aerial images) are enriched with place names, roads, and additional elements.

The BORIS-NRW App complements the online offerings of BORIS-NRW (https://www.boris.nrw.de/boris-nrw) by enabling mobile retrieval of valuation data via smartphones and tablets.

A wide range of products is available through the app. In addition to land and property valuation data with related professional insights, you can access property market reports, land value overviews, and property price summaries. You can now also generate a PDF printout for the selected valuation data. Moreover, for the latest property valuation edition, you can interactively calculate an estimate using an "Real Estate Value Calculator".
